Mahadbt Scholarship 2021 Direct Benefit Transfer online scholarship is created by the Government of Maharashtra to help the poverty-stricken students living in the state.

The official portal created for the scholarship has around 38 posts Matric Scholarship for the students belonging to the backward category and currently living in the Maharashtra state. All things taken together there are 8 branches of the Government of Maharashtra which provide MahaDBT Scholarship for the students coming from different segments of the general public.

Eligibility Criteria Under MahaDBT Scholarship

You must have passed your SSC/Matriculation from a recognized college/institute to claim the scholarship schemes under the mentioned departments and universities.

• The annual income of the family should be less than Rs. 250,000 annually.
• The candidate should be a resident of Maharashtra.
• The candidate should belong to the SC category.

MahaDBT Directorate of Technical Education (DTE) scholarship eligibility

These are Rajarshi Chhatrapati Shahu Maharaj Shikshan Shulkh Shishyavrutti Yojana and Dr. Panjabrao Deshmukh Vastigruh Nirvah Bhatta Yojna (DTE). The eligibility criteria are similar for both the schemes and is as under-

• The candidate should be an Indian Citizen.
• The candidate should be a resident of Maharashtra.
• The annual income of the family should not be more than Rs. 8 lakhs.
• The gap year in the course should not be more than 2 years. The candidate should have passed from deemed university.
• The attendance in the course should be equal to or more than 50%.
• The candidate who has applied for a scholarship through a centralized admission process.

• Click the New Registration button.
• Enter Aadhaar Number
• Click on the “Send OTP” button.
• Login using your credentials.
• Choose the Scheme.
• Fill the Application Form
• Upload the documents
• Submit the Maha DBT Scholarship Application Form.
